Tai Chi Easy Method™
This class is designed to improve the quality of life for all whether well or unwell, mobile or not mobile.
Easy-to-follow techniques create a more harmonious mind-body connection integrating self-care, massage, gentle movements, breath and meditation to lift your spirits, raise your vibration and improve health.
Mindful Meditation Practices
Learn the mind-body skills of meditation and stress reduction. Becoming aware of our quiet inner being allows us to be present in the moment and non judgmental. We will use visual and guided meditations and some movement.
Bring a mat & bolster or pillow for personal comfort.
Tai Chi for Health
This program will take you on an enjoyable journey for better health and harmony. Each class begins with gentle warm-up exercises and a stepwise progressive approach learning basic tai chi. Supported by the CDC and the Arthritis Foundation. Perfect for all!
Qigong/Chi Kung & Meditation
This class will focus on gentle movement, breathing, stretches, flows, awareness, relaxation and intention which are elements of the ancient Chinese practice of Qigong. Benefits include the release of tensions, aches, pains, stiffness and a sense of physical, mental and emotional relaxation that leads to enhanced flow of energy, better sleep, creating inner peace and improved flexibility, balance, vitality and health. Learn how to heal yourself from neck, shoulder and back tensions.
All exercises can be done sitting or standing. Participants should bring a yoga mat.
Crystal Bowl Healing
Gathering in a group meditation, feel the euphoric vibrations and stillness of the mind and body in a resting position. The tones are not just heard by the ears; you feel them in your body clearing chakras, stagnant blocks of aches and pains, and healing energy centers to create balance. Treat yourself to bliss after a long day! Wear comfortable clothing.
Bring yoga mat and optional pillow and light blanket.
