Join us for a deeply restorative overnight retreat within the Energy Enhancement System, designed to rejuvenate both body and mind. The EESystem generates multiple bio-active life-enhancing energy fields, including scalar waves. This bio-active, hyper-healthy space helps your cells to function optimally, eliminate toxins more efficiently and repair themselves more quickly. Under the gentle guidance of Sharon Infante, you'll experience calming exercises rooted in ancient Traditional Chinese Qigong, modernized for ease and accessibility. These movements focus on relaxing the spine, regulating breath, and releasing tension—leaving you feeling deeply at peace.
Not only will your body be revitalized, but your mind will also achieve a serene state, allowing for restful, stress-free sleep. Upon waking, we'll explore ways to connect with your subtle energy, followed by a peaceful beach walk and a short energy routine to start your day.
A nourishing organic cold European breakfast of fresh vegetables, fruits, seeds, and chickpeas will be served by the beach, along with refreshing water and hot tea before we part.
