A Little about Sharon...
Sharon is certified by the Santa Cruz Chi Center and an Associate Instructor from the Universal Healing Tao. Sharon is certified to facilitate Qigong, Qigong Meditation, Tai Chi, and Tao Yin Yoga. She has multiple certifications by Dr. Paul Lam to teach Tai Chi for Arthritis with Fall Prevention, Tai Chi for Energy, and Tai Chi for Diabetes. Sharon also holds certifications or trainings in: Tai Chi Easy, 24 Yang Tai Chi, 28 Wudang, 52 Wudang,18 Shi Bashi Qigong, Wu Ming Qigong for Women's Health including Breast Health, 5 Element Qigong, Healing Sounds, Bu Zheng Qigong, 8 Silk Brocade Qigong and ChiBall Method. Sharon has had the opportunity to study from a diverse and Master Level of Qigong and Tai Chi practitioners from: Master Mantak Chia, Dr. Roger Jahnke, Lee Holden,
